That might be a second hand, slightly used.
I suggest you use your credit card. Most credit card issuer banks offer 6 to 12 months installments at 0% interest. But a better way to have it is to subscribe a Smart postpaid line. I had mine for free plus a blackberry curve cellphone unit for a 3500 plan. Now, they are giving away a Samsung Galaxy Tablet for 3000 plan. Downside of this is that you will be under contract for 2 years.
Advantage for heavy cellphone users but not for those who are not.
